In general, Homeland Real Estate enters the mid and higher income segment market. We mainly rent out homes to expats. Our customers are looking for a temporary home in and around The Hague. The rental period varies from 6 months to 5 years, the majority being 2 years. Our candidates have a steady income and can provide good references. Because The Hague is home to many international organizations, expats have traditionally been an important target group for our office. However, more and more Dutch people also find their home through our office.
